The machine's air circuit is divided into two main parts: the first is air compression and storage, and the second is membrane nitrogen separation. The power for compression and storage comes from the compressor, which starts gas production and storage upon circuit connection. It will automatically stop when the pressure reaches the set value. During the nitrogen production process, air is consumed, and the compressor will automatically start to replenish air when the air pressure falls below the set value. The nitrogen production process uses membrane separation. When the air pressure reaches the nitrogen production requirements, the nitrogen production switch is turned on, and there are pressure stabilization and throttling devices connected in the nitrogen gas circuit.
