Utilizing a water circulation system, qualified deionized water is sent into the electrolytic cell for electrolysis, forming hydroxide anions and hydrogen ions. The hydroxide anions release electrons at the anode to form oxygen, carrying some water vapor into the reservoir, which is then exhausted by the oxygen exhaust pump. The hydrogen ions, on the other hand, gain electrons at the cathode to form hydrogen.GasAfter gas-liquid separation, the maximum pressure obtained is 3.0 Mpa.Gas。
The system encompasses the development and implementation of a production system including but not limited to electrolytic cells, power supply facilities, pure water preparation facilities, gas-liquid separation facilities, and the production ofqing.GasPurification facilities, PLC control equipment, etc.
Complete technical utility auxiliary system design, including but not limited to energy management systems, recirculating cooling water systems, chilled water systems, instrument air systems, and auxiliary power supply. Specific equipment includes: circulating pumps, water-gas separators, gas dryers, valve and piping components, constant current power supplies, control panels and control systems, and safety systems.
