The High Purity Nitrogen Generator is powered by an air compressor as the raw gas source, featuring superior double pumps, independently designed vibration and heat insulation measures, automatic drainage system, cooling system, gas purification and filtration system, and built-in overpressure safety protection devices. Section 3: Nitrogen Generator Operating Procedure
Power-on sequence:
Turn on the air pump switch, and after 2 minutes of operation, check the air pressure gauge to ensure it reaches above 0.6mpa.
2. Next, turn on the power switch. The pressure in Tower A begins to rise, and Towers A and B start alternating. As the nitrogen pressure gradually increases to 0.5 MPa, open the regulating valve of the nitrogen gas outlet pipeline to maintain a continuous discharge at a pressure not below 0.4 MPa. The purity of the nitrogen will gradually increase and reach the required purity for use.
3. Power off sequence: first close the nitrogen outlet to maintain the highest nitrogen pressure, then turn off the intermediate power and air pump switches.
4. Equipped with automatic start/stop pressure technology, the nitrogen generator automatically shuts off power when the nitrogen pressure reaches 0.6MPA. During this period, the power button is non-functional. Once the nitrogen pressure drops to 0.4MPA, the unit automatically resumes operation, promoting energy conservation and cost reduction.
IV. Quality Assurance Terms:
1. Nitrogen generators and equipment produced by our company come with a 12-month warranty, unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract. With normal use as per this manual and regular proper maintenance and inspections, the equipment's lifespan should be between 8-10 years. Outside of the warranty period, our company will also handle equipment repairs until the equipment is scrapped. For repair services outside the warranty period, our company will only charge for parts.
2. Warranty Coverage: During the warranty period, the warranty for equipment covers any failures or malfunctions due to inherent quality issues in certain parts of the equipment or instruments, or normal wear and tear, under the condition of normal operation by the user. These are all included in the free warranty service.
For parts or equipment requiring free warranty from our company, please notify us promptly upon any malfunction of the device or instrument, and retain the faulty part as received. We will arrange for a replacement upon confirmation via our representative or phone call.
