This series of nitrogen generators utilizes the pressure swing adsorption principle, separating oxygen from nitrogen in the air through carbon molecular sieves to produce nitrogen. The purity of the nitrogen produced can be adjusted according to actual needs, and the unit has good adaptability. 3. Nitrogen Generator Operation Procedure
Power-on sequence:
Turn on the air pump switch and observe the pressure gauge after 2 minutes to ensure it reaches above 0.6 MPa.
2. Next, turn on the power switch, and the pressure in Tower A begins to rise. Towers A and B start alternating operations. As the nitrogen pressure gradually increases to 0.5 MPa, open the regulating valve of the nitrogen outlet pipeline, allowing the nitrogen pressure to be maintained at no less than 0.4 MPa and continuously discharged outward. The purity of the nitrogen will keep increasing until it reaches the required purity for use, then supply it to the user end.
3. Power off sequence: first close the nitrogen outlet, maintain the highest nitrogen pressure, then turn off the intermediate power and air pump switches.
4. The unit is equipped with an automatic start/stop pressure technology. Once the nitrogen pressure reaches 0.6MPA, the nitrogen machine automatically shuts off the power, during which the power button is non-functional. When the nitrogen pressure drops to 0.4MPA, the unit automatically starts up again, achieving energy saving and cost reduction.
IV. Quality Assurance Terms:
1. Nitrogen generators and equipment produced by our company come with a 12-month warranty, unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract. With normal usage as per this manual and regular maintenance checks, the equipment's lifespan should be between 8-10 years. Outside of the warranty period, our company will also handle equipment repairs until it is decommissioned. For repair services outside of the warranty period, we will only charge for parts.
2. Warranty Coverage: During the warranty period, the warranty for the equipment covers any failures or malfunctions due to inherent quality issues in certain parts of the equipment or instruments, or normal wear and tear, under the condition of normal operation by the user. These are all included in the free warranty service.
Customers requiring free warranty parts or equipment/instruments from our company are kindly requested to notify us promptly upon encountering any faults with the equipment or instruments. Please retain the faulty parts in their original condition. We will arrange for replacement as soon as our staff or a phone confirmation is made.
