Section 3: Nitrogen Generator Operation Procedure
Power-on sequence:
Turn on the air pump switch and observe the air pressure gauge after 2 minutes, ensuring it reaches above 0.6mpa.
2. Next, turn on the power switch. The pressure in Tower A begins to rise, and Towers A and B start alternating operations. As the nitrogen pressure gradually increases to 0.5 MPa, open the regulating valve on the nitrogen outlet pipeline to maintain a continuous discharge at a pressure not below 0.4 MPa. The purity of the nitrogen will continue to increase until it meets the required purity for use.
3. Power off sequence: first close the nitrogen outlet, maintain the highest nitrogen pressure, then turn off the intermediate power and air pump switches.
4. Equipped with automatic start/stop pressure technology, the nitrogen generator automatically shuts off power when the nitrogen pressure reaches 0.6MPA. During this time, the power button is non-functional. Once the nitrogen pressure drops to 0.4MPA, the machine automatically resumes operation, promoting energy conservation and cost reduction.
IV. Quality Assurance Terms:
1. Our nitrogen generators and equipment produced by our company come with a 12-month warranty, unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract. With normal use as per this manual and regular proper maintenance and inspections, the equipment's lifespan should be 8-10 years. Outside of the warranty period, we will also handle equipment repairs until it is deemed scrap. For repairs outside of the warranty period, we will only charge for parts.
2. Warranty Coverage During Quality Assurance Period: During the warranty period, the equipment warranty covers any failures or malfunctions of the equipment or instruments due to inherent quality issues in certain parts or normal wear and tear, under the condition that the user operates and uses the equipment properly.
Customers requiring free warranty parts or equipment should promptly notify our company upon any malfunction and retain the faulty part as received. Replacement will be arranged upon our personnel or phone confirmation.
