ZW Concrete Vibrator Main Components Include: housing, stator-rotor, bearings, base, eccentric blocks, and end caps. The eccentric blocks are installed at both ends of the vibrator, which can be one or two in number. As the motor operates, the eccentric blocks rotate, generating centrifugal force, which in turn produces the vibration action. The housing of the vibrator is precision cast for excellent heat dissipation. Moreover, it boasts an aesthetically pleasing appearance and ensures the durability of the housing. The stator of the vibrator is processed using an insulating vacuum dipping paint technique, with the iron core formed in one go, and the other parts are made from high-quality materials, resulting in a lightweight and compact vibrator, ensuring smooth operation in the future.
ZW Concrete Slab Vibrator models 0.25, 0.55, 0.75, 1.1, 1.5, 2.2, 3.0 (KW) with attached vibration motors (also known as slab vibrators). Mainly widely used for the concrete flat compaction construction of various construction projects, civil buildings, dams, bridges, and prefabricated components. Available in two categories based on technical specifications: low-frequency and high-frequency for customer selection.
