The CZQ Wall Vibration Device is a new anti-bridging device powered by a vibration motor. Installed on various storage silos, it causes the material to shift within the silo through vibration, thereby alleviating bridging issues.
A vibration motor is an ideal excitation source that combines a power source with an excitation source. Due to its fully enclosed structure, it can be used normally on equipment operating in dusty environments. Additionally, with strict insulation treatment of the motor coils, it can continue to operate within an ambient temperature of 80°C.
The installation of wall vibrators in the material storage and discharge pipes shows a significant effect, eliminating blockages; however, due to the complex nature of the stored materials in the storage and discharge pipes, the application patterns of wall vibrators in storage equipment are indeed difficult to master. This article only provides some selection parameters for the reference of users.
Model Description:

When installing two or more vibration motors, stagger the installation positions by 50 to 100mm.
2. Welding must be sturdy, with bolts tightened using spring washers and high-tensile bolts.
3. Before installing the vibration motor, the eccentric block should be adjusted to the proper position, and the adjustment marks of the two sets of eccentric blocks should be consistent.
4. For general structure material storages, a 4-level motor with a small amplitude is recommended.
