Self-coupled dry-type transformer

Transformers specifically designed to supply power to various electric furnaces. Industrial electric furnace transformers can generally be divided into three categories: resistance furnace transformers, arc furnace transformers, and induction furnace transformers. Electric furnace transformers are typically single-phase transformers. Due to the characteristics of the heating material in the furnace, the output voltage is usually lower and the output current is higher, resulting in a lower leakage reactance compared to most transformers. Some electric furnace transformers have multiple tapping points on the primary side, allowing for coarse adjustment of the output current, while the current is finely tuned by the primary voltage regulators (inductive or thyristor regulators). The main difference between furnace transformers and distribution transformers is that the output voltage of the furnace transformer is very low, ranging from dozens to a hundred or two volts, with a high current, from thousands to tens of thousands of amperes. The voltage on the high-voltage side is usually 110 or 35kV, while the voltage ratio on the high and low voltage sides of the distribution transformer is not as large. For example, street transformers are typically 10000/400V, 35kV substation transformers are 35/10kV, and 110kV substation transformers are usually 110/35/10kV or 110/10kV. A transformer with a capacity of 250KVA can power a half-ton furnace, a 500KVA transformer can power a one-ton furnace, a 800KVA transformer can power a 1.5-ton furnace, a 1600KVA transformer can power a five-ton furnace, a 2500KVA transformer can power a ten-ton furnace, and a 6000KVA transformer can power a fifteen-ton furnace.

7. No water leakage or water immersion areas.
