During the starting of an asynchronous motor under rated voltage, the initial starting current is very high, often exceeding many times the rated current (usually 5 to 7 times). To reduce the starting current and prevent impact on the power grid, the motor is typically started by lowering the voltage. Common methods for voltage reduction include using reactors or autotransformers. The starting process of an AC motor is short (usually a few seconds to two minutes), and after starting, the reactor or autotransformer used for voltage reduction is disconnected. This product is designed based on the starting characteristics of high-voltage asynchronous motors and is compatible with motor power ratings of 220 to 1400 kW.
Structural Features:
1. The core of the QKSG type dry iron core reactor is made of imported silicon steel sheets, with the core column divided into uniform small segments by multiple air gaps. The air gaps are insulated using epoxy boards, and high-temperature, high-strength adhesive is used to ensure that the air gaps do not change during the operation of the reactor.
2. The core end faces are treated with silicon steel sheet end face glue, which securely binds the silicon steel sheets together, significantly reducing operating noise and offering excellent corrosion resistance.
3. The coil is structured with a winding package, featuring a main insulation made of glass fiber impregnated with epoxy resin. After thermal curing, it is vacuum-dipped in high-temperature insulating varnish. This coil boasts excellent insulation properties and high mechanical strength, capable of withstanding the high current surge and thermal shock during motor startup without cracking.

Terms of Use:
1. Altitude not exceeding 1,000 meters.
Operating temperature range is -25℃ to +45℃.
3. Install in indoor areas without severe vibration, no harmful gases or dust, and no flammable or explosive materials.
4. After a start-up time of 2 minutes (cumulative of one or multiple starts), the equipment should be cooled for 6 hours before restarting.
Section 3: Performance Parameters:
1. The dry-type starting reactor is smaller in size compared to traditional oil-immersed reactors and air-core reactors. It features light weight, minimal space occupation, simple structure, and easy installation.
2. Temperature rating reaches H class (180℃); during normal operation, the core temperature rise of the dry-type core reactor does not exceed 85K, and the coil temperature rise does not exceed 95K.
3. The dry-type core reactor has lower loss than the oil-immersed reactor. 4. The noise of the dry-type core reactor does not exceed 50dB standard.
