Nitrogen Generator Operation Procedure: - Power-On Sequence: 1. Turn on the air pump switch, run for 2 minutes, and check the air pressure gauge to ensure it reaches above 0.6MPa. 2. Then, turn on the power switch. The A tower pressure begins to rise, and the AB towers start alternating work. As the nitrogen pressure gradually rises to 0.5MPa, open the nitrogen outlet pipeline regulating valve to maintain the nitrogen pressure at least 0.4MPa and continuously discharge outward. The purity of the nitrogen will increase, and it will be supplied after reaching the required purity. 3. Power-Off Sequence: First, close the nitrogen outlet to maintain the nitrogen pressure at a high point, then turn off the intermediate power and air pump switches. 4. The machine is equipped with automatic start/stop pressure control technology. Once the nitrogen pressure reaches 0.6MPa, the nitrogen generator automatically cuts off the power, during which the power button is inactive. When the nitrogen pressure drops to 0.4MPa, it automatically starts running, saving energy and reducing consumption. IV. Quality Assurance Terms: 1. The warranty period for the nitrogen generator and equipment produced by our company is 12 months, unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract. Proper use according to this manual and regular maintenance should ensure a lifespan of 8-10 years. Outside the warranty period, our company will also be responsible for the maintenance of the equipment until it is scrapped. Outside the warranty period, we will only charge for parts if we provide repair services. 2. Warranty Scope: Within the warranty period, the warranty scope covers equipment failure or failure due to inherent quality issues or normal wear and tear of certain components within the equipment or instruments under normal operation.
