
I. Overview
The Nitrogen-Hydrogen-Air Generator is an integrated instrument that combines nitrogen, hydrogen, and air generators. It is a new generation product developed and launched by our company to meet market demands, based on our high-purity nitrogen generator, high-purity hydrogen generator, and air generator, and integrated with modern new technologies.
PGT-300 (500) Trichamber Series, featuring a dual-purification electrolytic separation technology capable of producing high-purity nitrogen, is designed for gas chromatograph FID, TCD detectors, and compatible with various gas chromatographs worldwide.

5. The nitrogen section is a multi-layer plate structure, utilizing a repeated purification method to significantly enhance purity, truly realizing the ideal of two gases in one bottle for the lab.
6. The hydrogen gas section utilizes a high-tower electrolytic separation pool, which allows simultaneous storage of liquid, hydrogen production, and oxygen discharge. It features a large electrolytic area, low pool temperature, and high purity, serving as a replacement for plate-type electrolytic pools.
7. The air section boasts the advantages of three-level purification, dual-voltage stabilization, and multi-level protection.
8. Both nitrogen and hydrogen gas systems are equipped with non-return fluid devices, ensuring effective prevention of liquid backflow in the instruments.
9. Simply replenish with distilled water for everyday use.
10. High-efficiency and energy-saving, utilizing advanced switching power supply to enhance electrolysis efficiency.
Note: When the equipment is used continuously for over 30 minutes, it should be reduced to no more than 70% of the high gas production rate to prevent overheating.
