Performance This productBoasts high-temperature resistance, as well as excellent weathering and corrosion resistance. After high-temperature treatment, the organic silicon and inorganic silicate are bonded together, thereby protecting the base material. This product improves the poor corrosion resistance of previous organic silicon coatings under normal temperature, high temperature, and water washing scrubbing with alternating cold and hot conditions.

Construction Method
1. Base Material Processing
Prior to painting, the substrate surface should be cleaned of oil, rust, foreign matter, etc. Sandblasting toSa2 grade, remove residual paint, rust, and oxide scale.
2. Mixed (for two-component paints)
By weight ratio (as indicated on product packaging)
While mixing, slowly add the hardener to the main agent, ensuring it is thoroughly mixed.
Pre-mixed Paint MaturationAfter 20 minutes, filter through a 60-80 mesh sieve and pour into another container for later use.
Shelf life of mixed paint3 hours, please use according to the progress of construction.
3. Baking (suitable for one-component paint)

4. Construction Conditions
Spraying operations should be carried out as soon as possible after the substrate treatment, generally not exceeding8 hours. The surface temperature of the base material and the ambient temperature should generally not be below 10°C, with the surface temperature at least 3°C higher than the dew point, and the relative air humidity should not exceed 85%.
5. Painting Methods
This paint can be applied using brush coating, airless spraying, and air-assisted spraying methods.
6. Dilute
Generally, paints require a compatible thinner to adjust viscosity and clean tools.
7. Coating Spacing
One-component paint is ready for subsequent coating after drying. For two-component paint, it is recommended to follow the coating interval as follows:
