The spray tower developed by Hangzhou Su Tai Technology Co., Ltd. builds upon the traditional design, focusing on the internal structure of the tower for scientific exhaust guidance and even sprinkling. It incorporates highly activated plant extracts to enhance the absorption of malodorous molecules in the exhaust, significantly improving the tower's absorption efficiency. This process removes exhaust molecules and odors, increases the interception rate of solid substances (dust, grease), and the plant extract reduces the viscosity of solid materials, making equipment cleaning convenient. It is widely used in industries such as coating, chemicals, electronics, asphalt, machinery, electrical appliances, wastewater treatment, garbage, plastic granulation, and laboratories.
Operating Principle
Acid mist exhaust gas is introduced into the purification tower through ducts, passes through the packing layer, and undergoes absorption and neutralization reactions as the gas comes into full contact with the absorbent liquid. After purification, the acid mist exhaust gas is then dehumidified and defogged by the defogging plate before being exhausted into the atmosphere by a fan. The absorbent liquid is pumped and pressurized at the bottom of the tower, sprayed down from the top, and then recirculated back to the bottom for reuse. The purified acid mist exhaust gas meets local emission standards and is below the national emission standards.
