Geotextile bags are lined inside zinc-coated lead wire gabions.
Material can be sourced locally and filled with sand, gravel, or natural graded crushed stone to quickly form a water-resistant structure.
High-tensile synthetic fabric woven from a single fiber, primarily composed of polypropylene.
Shape: Round woven fabric body, seamless except for the top and bottom lids, featuring sufficient tensile strength, puncture resistance, aging resistance, and frost resistance, among other characteristics.
Construction Technical Requirements:
When combining geotextile bags with galvanized lead wire stone笼, first pull up 10cm at the bag opening to evenly open the bottom quadrants. Fill with soil material, filling and compacting in layers, with a layer height of 30cm.
Before sealing the geotextile basket cover, use smaller soil and stone materials to raise the basket top approximately 8-10cm. Secure with adhesive tape and fasten the corner ends with iron rods, then tie the frame line and cover the basket with the geotextile mesh.
