Gabion boxes, also known as heavy-duty hexagonal wire mesh, twist mesh, gabion mesh, or triple twisted wire mesh, are cages made from woven wire mesh (hexagonal mesh) with metal wire diameters varying according to the size of the hexagons. If the stone笼 boxes are made of metal-coated wire, they use metal wire with a diameter of 2.0mm to 4.0mm. For hexagonal mesh woven with PVC-coated metal wire, the PVC (metal) wire diameter ranges from 3.0mm to 4.5mm. The wire used for the frame edges is one size thicker than the hexagonal mesh wire.
