The plastic-coated stone笼 mesh is a mesh box made by weaving hexagonal (hexagonal mesh) nets using a machine that twists the metal wire in one direction for two turns. The thickness ranges from 0.15 to 0.5m (including 0.5m), also known as stone baskets and padding. The stone mesh pads are divided into several cells by partitions. To enhance the structural strength of the stone mesh pads, all panel edges are made with steel wires of larger diameters.
Plastic Coated Stone Cage Mesh Raw Material
1. PVC coated galvanized steel wire mesh bags, also known as PVC wire, where the wire surface is wrapped with a PVC protective layer, and then woven into various aperture stone笼 nets. This PVC protective layer significantly enhances protection in highly polluted environments and allows for blending with the surrounding environment through the selection of different colors.
2. Zinc Alloy Stone笼Wire Mesh PVC - 5% Aluminum - Mixed Rare Earth Alloy Wire: The surface coated with PVC protection layer, made of 5% Aluminum-Zinc alloy wire mixed with rare earth alloy wire, is then woven into hexagonal wire. This PVC covering will significantly enhance protection against environmental pollution and, with the option of different colors, can blend seamlessly with the surrounding environment.
The steel surface can also be coated with polyethylene (PE) and PVC, exceeding PE, but its aging resistance is softer than the colorful PVC PE.
Galvanized wire mesh surface treatment
1. Electroplated zinc. Zinc coating can reach up to 10g/m². Poor corrosion resistance.
2. Hot-dip galvanized. Zinc coating can reach up to 300g/m². Excellent corrosion resistance.
3. Galfan (Zn-Al alloy). This is available in two materials: Zinc-5% Aluminum-Mixed Rare Earth Alloy Wire and Zinc-10% Aluminum Mixed Rare Earth Alloy Wire. Strong corrosion resistance.
