Pneumatic swing-type ceramic feed valve, also known as the pneumatic abrasion-resistant rotary valve, pneumatic ceramic abrasion-resistant swing valve, and silo pump feed valve, operates through a rotating shaft that drives the valve plate movement, resulting in a rotational motion for the valve's opening and closing action. The piston rod and sealing packing of the pneumatic actuator do not come into direct contact with the medium, significantly extending the lifespan of the pneumatic actuator. Additionally, the innovative and unique design effectively addresses the issue of material leakage at the shaft seal of similar valves. The valve body is made of precision cast steel, while the sealing packing uses wear-resistant and high-temperature fluororubber sealing materials or flexible graphite. The sealing surface between the valve plate and seat is made of wear-resistant and toughened ceramic structure, with a smooth surface and hardness up to 88HRC, solving the problem of easy erosion and low lifespan of the sealing surface due to material abrasion. The service life is 5-10 times longer than that of valves made from ordinary materials, providing ideal usage effects and economic benefits to users, and greatly enhancing the safety and stability of equipment operation.
