Pneumatic oscillating ceramic feeding valve, also known as pneumatic wear-resistant rotating valve, pneumatic ceramic wear-resistant oscillating valve, and silo pump feeding valve, operates by rotating the valve plate via a shaft, resulting in a rotational motion during the valve's on/off action. The piston rod and sealing material of the pneumatic actuator do not come into direct contact with the medium, significantly extending the service life of the pneumatic actuator. The innovative design effectively addresses the issue of material leakage at the shaft seal of similar valves. The valve body is made of precision cast steel, the sealing material uses wear-resistant and high-temperature fluororubber seals or flexible graphite, and the sealing surface between the valve plate and seat is made of wear-resistant and toughened ceramic, ensuring a smooth surface with a hardness up to 88HRC. This solves the problem of the sealing surface being easily eroded and having a short service life due to material abrasion, offering a lifespan 5-10 times longer than that of valves made from ordinary materials. This provides users with ideal performance and economic benefits, significantly enhancing the safety and stability of equipment operation.
