Pneumatic swing-type ceramic feeding valve, also known as the pneumatic wear-resistant rotating valve, pneumatic ceramic wear-resistant swing valve, and silo pump feeding valve, operates through a rotating shaft that drives the valve plate, resulting in a rotational movement for the valve's on-off action. The piston rod and sealing material of the pneumatic actuator do not come into direct contact with the medium, significantly extending the service life of the pneumatic actuator. Additionally, the innovative design effectively addresses the issue of material leakage at the shaft sealing of similar valves. The valve body is made of precision cast steel, while the sealing material is a wear-resistant and high-temperature fluororubber seal or flexible graphite. The sealing surface between the valve plate and seat is made of a wear-resistant and toughened ceramic structure, featuring a smooth surface and hardness up to 88HRC. This resolves the problem of the sealing surface being easily eroded and having a short service life due to material abrasion. The service life is 5-10 times longer than that of valves made from ordinary materials, providing ideal performance and economic benefits to users, and greatly enhancing the safety and stability of equipment operation.
