Product Description:
In recent years, coastal regions have been vigorously promoting the development of modern fisheries, represented by aquaculture seedling industry, industrialized aquaculture, and seafood processing. Sea water seedling has always been a pillar characteristic industry for local poverty alleviation and wealth creation. Years ago, local fishermen mainly used coal to heat and insulate seawater for seedling, which was inefficient and environmentally polluting. In response, the region has been promoting a high-efficiency, pollution-free electric heating seedling insulation model.
Our company has developed an electric heating circulation device for seawater seedling pools. It uses a temperature-controlled safety valve to monitor the water temperature inside the pool. When the water temperature inside the pool drops below 30°C, the temperature sensor sends a signal to the seawater seedling electric heater. The water level controller at the bottom of the pool regulates the height of the hot water. The solenoid control valve starts working upon receiving instructions from the temperature relay. When the solenoid control valve closes, the pressure hot water supply pump continues to operate. When the temperature of the hot water in the pool falls below 30°C, the temperature sensor sends a signal to the seawater seedling electric heater, which then operates at high power until the water temperature reaches 40°C. At this point, the temperature sensor signals the seawater seedling electric heater to switch to low power to maintain the water temperature. In case of a fault with the temperature sensor or the seawater seedling electric heater, an automatic alarm is triggered if the water temperature exceeds 40°C.
The electric heating circulation system for seawater seedling pools features simple structure, high degree of automation, energy consumption reduction, and safe and convenient operation.
