I. Overview of Recirculating Electric Heaters:
A recirculating electric heater is an internationally popular high-quality, long-lasting electric heating equipment. As the heating medium passes through the heating chamber of the electric heater under pressure, it uniformly carries away the enormous heat generated by the electric heating elements, according to the principles of fluid thermodynamics, thereby achieving the temperature required by the user's process.
Working Principle
A recirculating electric heater converts electrical energy into heat to heat the material requiring heating. During operation, low-temperature fluid medium enters through the inlet under pressure, flows along the specific heat exchange channels inside the electric heating container, and uses a path designed according to fluid thermodynamic principles to carry away the high-temperature heat energy generated by the electric heating elements, thereby raising the temperature of the heated medium. The electric heater's internal control system automatically adjusts the output power based on the temperature sensor signal at the outlet, ensuring uniform temperature of the medium at the outlet. If the heating elements exceed the temperature limit, the independent overheating protection device of the heating elements immediately cuts off the heating power, preventing overheating of the heating material that could cause coking, deterioration, carbonization, and in severe cases, damage to the heating elements, effectively extending the service life of the electric heater.
