I. Overview of Electrically Heated Thermal Oil Boiler:
An electrically heated thermal oil furnace is a new type, safe, efficient, and energy-saving industrial furnace operating at low pressure (either at atmospheric pressure or lower) that provides high-temperature heat energy. It uses thermal oil as the heat carrier, circulated by a thermal oil pump, to transfer heat to the heat-using equipment.
The electric heating thermal oil system is composed of an explosion-proof electric heater, an organic heat carrier furnace, an exchanger (if applicable), an on-site explosion-proof operation box, thermal oil pumps, expansion tanks, etc., forming a skid. Users simply need to connect the power supply, the inlet and outlet pipes of the medium, and some electrical interfaces to start using it.
Section II: Working Principle of Electrically Heated Thermal Oil Heater
For electrically heated thermal oil heaters, heat is generated and transferred by electrical heating elements immersed in the thermal oil. Using the thermal oil as a medium, a circulating pump is employed to force the thermal oil into a liquid-phase circulation, transferring heat to one or more heating equipment. After the heat is unloaded by the heating equipment, it returns through the circulating pump back to the heater, where it absorbs more heat and is then transferred to the heating equipment again, thus continuously cycling. This process achieves a continuous transfer of heat, raising the temperature of the heated object to meet the heating process requirements.
