1. Overview
Constant power single-phase electric heating tape is mainly used for frost prevention, temperature maintenance, and heating of various pipelines, valves, pumps, and instruments, keeping the temperature at 150°C. It can be used in areas with explosive gas T3 in factories' first and second zones. It can be optionally designed for use with explosion-proof temperature controllers and thermocouples. It can be set to control the medium temperature and achieve automatic control.
2. Product Structure, Working Principle

As shown in the structural diagram: two parallel insulated copper braided wires serve as the power bus. The heating wire with PTC characteristics is wrapped around the frame, connecting alternately with the bus at the length of every heating section, forming a continuous parallel resistance. When power is applied to the bus, the parallel resistances heat up, thus creating a continuous heating strip.

4. Product Features
The heating element of the constant power electric heating tape is consistent per unit length. The longer the electric heating tape used, the greater the total output power. The heating tape can be cut to any required length on-site as per actual needs.
