I. Overview of 240KW duct-type electric heater:
Air duct electric heaters are mainly used for air heating in ducts, available in three specifications: low temperature, medium temperature, and high temperature. Their common structural feature is the use of steel plates to support the electric heating tubes to reduce vibration, and all junction boxes are equipped with over-temperature control devices. Additionally, for ease of control, apart from over-temperature protection, a parallel operation device must be added between the fan and the heater to ensure that the electric heater starts after the fan. A differential pressure device should be added before and after the heater to prevent fan failure. The gas pressure heated by the channel heater should generally not exceed 0.3 Kg/cm2. If the pressure specification exceeds this, please choose a circulating electric heater. The low-temperature model has a gas heating temperature not exceeding 160℃; the medium-temperature model not exceeding 260℃; and the high-temperature model not exceeding 500℃.

Duct-type electric heaters are primarily used to heat the required airflow from an initial temperature to the desired air temperature, up to a maximum of 850°C.
