I. Overview of Large Duct-Type Air Electric Heater:

Large duct heaters are mainly used for air heating within ducts, available in three temperature specifications: low, medium, and high. Their common structural feature is the use of steel plates to support electric heating elements to reduce vibration, and all junction boxes are equipped with over-temperature control devices. Additionally, for ease of control, apart from over-temperature protection, a parallel operation device must be added between the fan and heater to ensure the electric heater starts after the fan. A differential pressure device should be added before and after the heater to prevent fan failure. The gas pressure heated by the duct heater should generally not exceed 0.3 Kg/cm². If the pressure specification exceeds this, please choose a circulating electric heater. The high-temperature gas heated by the low-temperature heater should not exceed 160°C; the medium-temperature heater should not exceed 260°C; and the high-temperature heater should not exceed 500°C.

Large Duct-Type Air Electric Heater Applications:

Large duct-type air electrical heaters are primarily used to heat the required airflow from an initial temperature to the desired air temperature, up to a high of 850°C. They have been widely applied in aerospace, arms industry, chemical industry, and many scientific research and production laboratories in colleges and universities. Particularly suitable for automatic temperature control and high-flow high-temperature combined systems and accessory testing. The air electrical heater has a wide range of applications: it can heat any gas, producing dry hot air that is moisture-free, non-conductive, non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive, non-polluting, safe and reliable, with fast heating of the heated space (controllable). Heats air to extremely high temperatures, up to 450°C, with the shell temperature around 50°C.
