Section 2: Working Principle of 400KW Duct-Type Electric Heating Element (Air Heater)
The hot air blower is composed of three main parts: a blower, a heater, and a control circuit. Once powered on, the blower sends air to the heater, allowing it to pass through both the inside and outside of the spiral electric heating wire evenly. The heat generated when the electric heating wire is powered on is exchanged with the passing cold air, thereby raising the temperature of the air exiting the blower. The temperature sensor at the outlet promptly feeds back the detected exhaust air temperature to the temperature controller, which monitors the actual working temperature according to the set temperature and sends relevant information back to the solid-state relay to control whether the heater operates. Additionally, the blower can adjust the volume of air blown using a flow rate regulator (inverter, damper) to control the working temperature and air volume. Furthermore, the hot air blower is equipped with an over-temperature protection circuit for the intake of the blower and motor, as well as an emergency stop switch for the main circuit, further enhancing the protection of the equipment.
