The electric heating intelligent fully automatic control cabinet is a dedicated temperature control device designed for our company's various electric heating equipment to form an electric heating system. It integrates main circuit protection, temperature measurement and control, as well as flow, pressure, working current, voltage, and system pump controls into a single unit combination device.
The temperature control system in an electric heating system is an essential component.

3. Features of the intelligent fully automatic control system structure:
Control cabinets are available in two types: suspended and floor-standing. Floor-standing cabinets can be customized with front doors or double doors as per customer requirements. Control cabinets can be categorized as outdoor or indoor based on the installation location. One cabinet can be assembled with multiple control units, allowing for the measurement and control of multiple sets of electric heating equipment.
4. Features of the Intelligent Automatic Control System:
(1) The main circuit of the electrical control cabinet is protected against short circuits, overloads, and disconnection of heating elements by an automatic air switch.
(2) The electrical cabinet can be electrically interlocked with related level controllers or oil pump control devices.
(3) A separate over-temperature alarm system independent of the temperature control, which will shut down the electric heater automatically without reset when the internal temperature exceeds the set value, and output a contact signal.

The system features various interrelated controls: temperature and power interrelation control, system pump and flow interrelation control, and current, voltage, and electric heater interrelation control, among others; it also offers real-time display of the operational process, data recording, data analysis (bar graphs, line charts, and batch reports), output printing, password management, abnormality analysis, and alarm functions. The interface is fully in Chinese with detailed help instructions. The recording screen can simultaneously display up to 8 different curves in various colors, and more curves can be sequentially displayed if needed.

Parameters of each detection and control loop can be set and adjusted manually online on the screen, including calibration of temperature, power, and temperature sensors, as well as calibration of pump flow rates.
