Storage Tank Electric Heater
I. Overview of Tank-Type Electric Heater
Tank electric heaters are designed with a special high-temperature insulating material as the frame, utilizing nichrome wire as the heating element, and carbon steel or stainless steel as the sheath. These products feature low surface heat load, long service life, safety and reliability, and high energy efficiency. The heating elements have a flexible structure, allowing for flexible bending, and no need to empty the tank when replacing elements.
Section II: Purpose of Tank-Type Electric Heater:
Storage tank electric heaters are widely used in oil fields, oil pumping stations, refineries, oil depots, offshore platforms, tanker trucks, and other applications involving viscous and thermosensitive liquid mediums for freezing prevention, antifreeze, heat preservation, viscosity and resistance reduction, and temperature increase.
