Three, An All
1Overvoltage and Overload Protection
The device is equipped with a safety valve, which automatically opens to relieve pressure when the system pressure exceeds the set pressure of the valve.
2The safe operation of the instrument involves the operator's personal safety and the normal service life of the instrument. The manufacturer reminds the operator to pay attention to the following points:
* All instrument gauges must ensure correct power input, and must be equipped with an automatic voltage stabilizing protection device.
* All parts of the instrument are guaranteed to have good grounding.
* The pressure in each section of the pipeline should not exceed the design pressure, especially not higher than the range of various measuring instruments. Extra caution must be exercised when using gas to increase pressure.
* The valve design of the instrument is manual. Please pre-design the experimental flow path according to the test steps. Any incorrect operation of a valve may lead to the failure of the entire test.
Four, safety Assembled
The instrument is fully assembled and has been tested before shipment. For ease of packaging and transportation, the instrument is packed in separate parts. Please refer to the assembly diagram carefully during installation.
Installation work can be carried out jointly by the factory's technical staff and the user, allowing the user to further familiarize themselves with the instrument and facilitate future routine maintenance.
V. Basic Operations

VI. Protect
All parts of the instrument that come into contact with the medium304Stainless steel &TTitanium alloy steel material, with certain corrosion resistance, but the bottle is not a one-time solution. The process header needs to be cleaned frequently, especially after filling with corrosive liquids and solid particles containing grit, to prevent rusting or blockage. When the process is not used for a long time, fill the process header with oil or use high-pressure air to dry it. Long-term use can cause normal wear of the system's sealing parts, affecting the sealing performance. Therefore, it is recommended to conduct regular pressure tests on the instruments and replace the sealing parts of the instrument's leakage sections.CO2Rubber seals in contact should be replaced after each use.
