When the temperature exceeds the critical temperature of water at 374.3°C and the pressure exceeds the critical pressure of water at 22.1 Kpa, water's properties undergo significant changes. The hydrogen bonds in supercritical water are almost non-existent, and it has a very low dielectric constant and excellent diffusion and transfer properties. Many toxic wastes, biological contaminants, and organic wastewater cannot be effectively treated using traditional technologies. Some developed countries have competitively developed supercritical water oxidation reaction equipment for wastewater treatment, with some already achieving industrialization. Our factory's SCWO experimental equipment is a high-temperature, high-pressure reaction system developed specifically for laboratory research on supercritical water oxidation reactions. **Two: Introduction to the Experimental Process** The SCWO experimental equipment process is as shown in the figure. Its working principle is as follows: wastewater and hydrogen peroxide are separately pumped through high-pressure pumps, heated to a certain temperature in a preheater, then enter the mixer, and finally enter the reaction tube for reaction. After reaching the reaction time, they are cooled in a cooler, then pass through a back-pressure valve to reduce pressure and enter a gas-liquid separator to separate the gas phase and liquid phase products. **Three: Technical Specifications of Components** 1. Organic Wastewater Kettle: Volume 5000ml, working pressure 20MPa, removable lid. 2. Hydrogen Peroxide Kettle: The lid has a temperature measurement hole and an exhaust hole. The kettle contains a gas distributor, and the outside of the kettle has a circulating water jacket for water bath preheating (water bath is provided by the user). 3. Double Plunger Pump: Model 2J-X3.2/50, discharge volume of 3.2L/h, high pressure of 50MPa. 4. Preheater: Made of φ3×1mm stainless steel piping, total length 10m, capable of withstanding pressure of 50MPa and temperature of 600°C. 5. Mixer: Essentially a high-pressure four-way, connecting the hydrogen peroxide preheater, wastewater preheater, reaction temperature measurement (T4), and reaction tube. It can withstand pressure of 50MPa and temperature of 600°C. 6. Reactor Vessel: Diameter φ20×530mm, material 316L, capable of withstanding pressure of 50MPa and temperature of 600°C. 7. Cooler: Spiral structure, inner φ3×1 high-pressure piping wound into a spiral, outer stainless steel plate rolled and welded. The cooling water pressure does not exceed 0.5MPa, ensuring that the temperature can be reduced from 600°C to below 100°C after passing through the cooler. 8. Back Pressure Valve: Controls pressure range 0~50MPa. 9. Manual Pump: JB-III type, working pressure 50MPa, each pump volume 210ml. 10. Buffer Vessel: Volume 1000ml, pressure 50MPa. 11. Separator: Used at atmospheric pressure. 12. Reactor Heating Furnace: Operating temperature 600°C, temperature range room temperature~700°C, heating power 4KW. 13.
