Overview:
The BMP-1 type metallographic sample polishing machine is a grinding and polishing device controlled by a single-chip microcomputer. The body is made of ABS material, formed as a single piece, featuring a novel and aesthetic design, corrosion-resistant, and durable. The sturdy support base ensures precise rotational balance. The grinding disc offers variable speed control or four-speed settings, and the rotation direction can be switched. The motor is a magnetic levitation motor, with a long service life and low noise, providing strong torque for powerful power. It offers an efficient grinding and polishing experience. The spindle leak-proof design ensures the bearing is almost indestructible. Equipped with a cooling water pipe, the rotation direction can be adjusted for wet grinding. It features a bottom washing function for the grinding disc to prevent accumulation of abrasive particles. A plastic disc is used as the polishing disc, with sandpaper secured by a tight ring. Back-adhesive polishing cloth is applied to the polishing disc. Simply changing the sandpaper and polishing cloth during use allows for coarse, fine grinding, and polishing of various samples, making it an ideal choice for metallographic sample preparation equipment.
