Overview:
The BZQG-20 type metallographic sample low-speed precision cutting machine is suitable for cutting small cylindrical, square metal bodies, or electronic circuit board materials. It automatically cuts with a constant cutting force produced by the weight of the counterweight block and stops automatically after cutting is complete. Equipped with a micrometer device, it can accurately adjust the thickness of the sample for precise cutting and can be used as a sample preparation equipment for transmission electron microscopes. The machine's speed is adjustable, the cutting chamber is enclosed, and it features a safety transparent acrylic protective cover with a safety limit switch. To prevent burning of the sample due to overheating during cutting, the diamond cutting blade rotates with coolant, cooling the blade and the sample material. The cut samples have a bright, flat surface without burn marks, making it an ideal device for cutting small materials and electronic circuit boards.
