Overview:

The BQG-60 metallographic sample cutting machine is suitable for cutting general metallographic and petrographic sample materials. It uses the main shaft's gravity to cut the sample by pulling the main shaft, featuring high rotation speed and strong cutting power. The double-side fixture structure securely holds the sample. The fixture jaws and worktable, as well as other main components, are made of stainless steel for long service life and easy maintenance. The cutting chamber is enclosed with a safety limit switch, a transparent acrylic window, and an internal LED lighting for observation during cutting. It also comes with a circulating cooling system, ensuring the cut sample surface is bright, flat, and free of burns, making it an ideal equipment for sample cutting.
