Overview:

The BQG-60 metallographic sample cutting machine is suitable for cutting general metallographic and petrographic sample materials. It cuts the sample by pulling the main shaft and utilizing its gravity, featuring high rotation speed and strong cutting power. The double-sided fixture structure securely fixes the sample. The fixture jaws and worktable, as well as other main components, are made of stainless steel, ensuring a long service life and easy maintenance. The cutting chamber is enclosed with a safety limit switch, a transparent acrylic window, and an integrated LED lighting for observation during cutting. It also comes with a recirculating cooling system, resulting in a bright, flat surface on the cut sample without any burn marks, making it an ideal equipment for sample cutting.
