1. This series of epoxy-encapsulated transformers is manufactured using advanced technology, ensuring high reliability and long service life. Protective enclosures can be added according to different protection levels. Suitable for urban power grids, commercial centers, airports, tunnels, stations, docks, high-rise buildings, hospitals, and theaters, and can be matched with modular substation systems.
2. Coils are wound with copper wire or foil, reinforced with glass fiber, and vacuum dried and degassed using epoxy resin without filler for overall casting, featuring high mechanical strength, excellent short-circuit resistance, and strong impact resistance.
3. The core is made of high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, assembled with 45° full oblique seams and stepped lamination method, effectively reducing no-load losses and product noise.
4. The core, coil, and clamp are secured with elastic components, ensuring the coil remains stable to reduce product noise.
5. The inner wall of the overall cast high and low voltage coil cylinder is pre-equipped with longitudinal ventilation channels, which can be fitted with a forced-air cooling system. Upon using the forced-air cooling system, the rated output capacity can be increased.
6. Equipped with a winding temperature controller to monitor transformer winding temperature rise, it automatically starts and stops the cooling fan, and has fault alarm, over-temperature alarm, and over-temperature tripping functions. Provides reliable overload protection for dry-type transformers, thereby enhancing the operational safety of dry-type transformers.
