Performance: This product boasts excellent high-temperature resistance, operable within a range of 200-500°C, withstanding thermal cycling, chemical gas corrosion, climatic aging, and water resistance as well as electrical insulation and thermal conductivity. It exhibits anti-oxidation and thermal shock resistance at high temperatures, along with superior corrosion resistance. It is easy to apply, dries quickly, has strong adhesion, cures at room temperature, can be used at high temperatures, and is convenient to work with.
Application: Suitable for high-temperature corrosion protection on the outer walls of blast furnace hot blast stoves, chimneys, drying tunnels, exhaust pipes, high-temperature hot gas pipelines, heating furnaces, heat exchangers, cracking towers, gas generators, and other high-temperature equipment, machinery, electric furnaces, and engine exhaust pipes, where heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant protection is required for metal surfaces.

Construction Reference:
1. Prior to construction, the metal surface should be degreased, rusted, and cleaned to enhance the adhesion of the paint film, and apply high-temperature resistant and anti-corrosive silicone paint.
The humidity of the metal surface during working hours should be above 3°C of dew point.
2. Thoroughly mix the paint before use. Standard application methods such as brushing and spraying can be employed.
3. During spraying, use a high-temperature specific thinner. The dilution ratio is 5-15% (based on the weight of the paint), with the nozzle opening size:
Outer diameter: 1.5-2.0mm, air pressure: 0.3-0.4MPa.
4. Recommend applying 1-2 coats for brushing or spraying.
Cautionary Notes:
1. After mixing, the paint should be used within 6 hours to prevent curing.
2. No construction is allowed when the temperature is below 3℃ or during rainy and cloudy weather.
3. This product contains organic solvents. During application, fire precautions must be taken and safety operation procedures must be adhered to.
