Composition:
This paint is a two-component coating. Group A consists of water-based silicate resin, additives, and processed deionized water, while Group B is zinc powder.
Product Features:
Safe and environmentally friendly; excellent corrosion resistance; withstands high temperatures up to 400℃; film is tough and dense; features adhesion, water resistance, oil resistance, and salt spray resistance.
Application Fields:
Corrosion protection for large structures, port facilities, underground pipelines, construction machinery, hydraulic facilities, power facilities, mining equipment, and chemical equipment, where stringent anti-corrosion requirements are in place.

Installation Instructions
1. Clean all oil, rust, and old paint from the base material surface prior to painting, ensuring the surface is clean and dry.
2. Grinding wheels are used to remove weld spatter, slag, and the hardened layers from the workpiece surface, as well as from areas corrected by thermal treatment. All free edges with sharp angles resulting from gas cutting, shearing, or mechanical processing should be ground to an R2 radius.
3. Sandblast to Sa2.5 grade or power tool clean to St2 grade, and proceed with construction within 6 hours after sandblasting.
4. Apply by brushing or spraying, ensuring the paint is well-mixed before application. If the viscosity is too high, add a small amount of deionized water, but not exceeding 10%. Stir continuously while adding to maintain uniformity of the paint.
5. Paint and hardener must be mixed strictly according to the ratios on the label; otherwise, consequences such as inability to dry or wrinkling of the paint film may occur.
6. Mix the two components in a weight ratio before construction, stir well, and let it sit for 15 minutes before applying.
7. Mixed paint must be used within 3 hours to prevent gelation and waste.
8. During construction, continuous stirring should be maintained to prevent sedimentation and affect the quality of the paint film.
9. Apply the second coat only after the first layer is completely dry.
10. Maintain good ventilation during construction. It is not recommended to proceed with construction when the environmental temperature is below 5℃ or the humidity exceeds 85%.
11. Construction is not permitted outdoors during rain, snow, or fog conditions. If construction has already commenced, measures such as covering with tarpaulins to protect the paint film can be taken.
Storage and Transportation:
1. Products should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse, with temperatures maintained between 5℃ and 35℃, to prevent water damage, direct sunlight exposure, fire sources, and proximity to heat sources.
2. Products have a shelf life of one year from the date of manufacture under proper storage conditions. They can be inspected after the shelf life; if they meet the standards, they can still be used.
3. During transportation, the product should be protected from extreme cold, rain, and direct sunlight, and should comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department.
