Composition:
The paint is made from alkyd resin, pigments, extenders, drying agents, and 200# lead-free solvent.
Features:
The paint film is rich, with good luster and mechanical strength, and dries quickly at room temperature.
Purpose:
Protective and decorative coatings for general indoor and outdoor metal, wooden articles, and dry building surfaces.
Technical Requirements:
Compliance with standards HG/T2455-93 and GB18581-2001
Project specification inspection criteria: Uniform after stirring in container, no lumps; GB/T3186 film color and appearance match standard sample, within color difference range; film flat and smooth; GB/T9761 flow time S not less than 40; GB/T6753.4 fineness um not more than 35; GB/T6753.1 drying time ≤h surface dry and fully dry 824; GB/T1728 gloss (60) not less than 80; GB/T9754 workability no hindrance during brush application, good re-coating adaptability; no hindrance flash point ℃ not less than 30; GB/T5208 anti-scaling property (48h) no scaling.
Construction Reference:
1. Stir the paint thoroughly before use. If coarse particles or skin are found, filter them out.
2. If the viscosity is too thick, add alkyd thinner to adjust the viscosity.
3. Suitable for brushing or spraying.
4. If the surface is an old paint film or too smooth, it should be sanded with fine sandpaper first before proceeding with the application. The surface should be clean prior to application, free of loose dust, oil stains, and wax.
5. Remaining paint surfaces can be covered with a small amount of turpentine or thinner to prevent skinning.
