Product Introduction:The paint is composed of aliphatic hardener, pigment, additives, solvents, etc. It boasts excellent outdoor durability, good mechanical strength, and decorative properties, suitable for surface coating on outdoor steel structures, large-scale machinery equipment, etc., serving both decorative and protective functions.
Features:Two-component, two-can kit, self-drying at room temperature, also quick-drying at low temperatures. Good film adhesion, high hardness. Excellent outdoor durability, good light and color retention, resists yellowing. Rich colors, good resistance to dirt.
Construction Reference:Base Material Treatment: Clean oil stains and rust from the surface of the base material, then perform phosphatization or sandblasting to dry the base material, ensuring it is free of any other chemical impurities.
Spray painting: One coat of iron red undercoat and one coat of topcoat, or two coats of topcoat, suitable for smooth and flat surfaces.
Iron red primer + intermediate coat + top coat, suitable for rougher surfaces with high requirements.
Epoxy zinc-rich primer and topcoat, applied in two coats each, suitable for corrosion resistance and high decorative requirements on the surface.
Dipainting: Open the paint can, mix thoroughly. Add the hardener to the paint according to the ratio and mix well. Dilute with the recommended thinner to achieve the spraying viscosity, then filter and set aside.
Coating: Per general spraying methods. Dry film thickness: Primer 30-40 micrometers, topcoat 40-80 micrometers, coating interval 2-5 hours. After the topcoat is applied, allow to dry for 5-7 days before stacking.
Note:
(1) Estimate the paint quantity needed for this application, mix only as much as required, and use it within 8 hours. Failure to do so may result in a decline in paint quality, potentially leading to gelation and disposal.
(2) Paint and hardener should be mixed in the prescribed ratio; do not estimate and add roughly, as it will severely affect the film quality.
(3) The entire painting process must avoid moisture; the base material must be dry. Compressed air should be filtered and dehumidified, and the air compressor should be drained regularly. Rain, fog, and cold, humid weather are not conducive to the curing of the paint film.
(4) The film reaches surface dry in 0.5 hours at room temperature, fully dry in 24 hours, and requires 7 days for curing to achieve good film condition.
This product should be kept away from fire and heat sources when stored, placed in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, with a shelf life of 1 year.
