RF Basic Conveyor Chain Series

Chains can be divided into two main categories based on their usage and structure:

One, divided by use, it can be further categorized into transmission chains.Conveyor ChainDecorative chains, tension chains, and special chains, etc.

Two, structurally, they can be divided into roller chains, sleeve chains, plate chains, nylon roller chains, scraper chains, and ring chains, etc.

There are many types of chains, but they all have only a few basic structures, with the rest being simple modifications based on these fundamental designs. From the above chain structures, it's evident that most chains are composed of link plates, pins, bushings, and other components. Other chain types merely modify the link plates to meet specific requirements; some have scraper plates attached, others have guide bearings, and still others have roller wheels mounted, all to enable the product to be adapted for various applications.
