40P/60P Plastic Chains

Primarily suitable for applications on equipment with low noise, light weight, non-magnetic properties, and anti-static, widely used in chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Plastic chain boards are made of POM/PP, in white color. POM is suitable for temperatures from -40°C to +90°C; PP for temperatures from +1°C to +98°C, and both are suitable for acidic environments.

The shaft material is: cold rolled austenitic stainless steel; 60P features PP shafts.

POM Material: 40P working load is 440N, 60P working load is 880N.

Packaging: Each piece is 1.524M in length.
