How to Choose Custom Spiral Feeding Machines: Feeding machines are categorized into spring feeding machines, spiral feeding machines, and vacuum feeding machines. Materials include carbon steel, 201, 304, and 316L stainless steel. These feeding machines are essential products for plastic, food, and chemical production lines. They are widely used for conveying and feeding broken and recycled powdery and granular materials in the production process.

One. Screw Feeding Machine: Currently, among all feeding machines, the screw feeding machine (also known as screw conveyor) is the most suitable feeding equipment. It is not only capable of feeding granules and powders but also suitable for feeding broken materials from crushers, recycling materials, and can mix and feed granules, powders, and broken materials. A new type of vibrating feeding machine has emerged on the market, primarily designed for moist powders and broken materials that are difficult to settle, but its effectiveness is not satisfactory. A push screw with spiral blades is set at the bottom of the feeding bin, with one end connected to the helical pinion reducer shaft and the other end movably connected to the bin body; the material is pushed horizontally into the feeding tube on one side of the bin body.
Section 2: Spring Feeding Machine: This machine utilizes the spiral conveying principle, employing steel spring rotation to transfer plastic powder from the storage bin to the hopper of the plastic molding machine until it is full, at which point the level sensor sends a full material signal to stop feeding. Once the material level drops to a certain position, the level sensor sends a signal to continue feeding. This process repeats cyclically, thereby achieving automatic feeding. The machine is mainly suitable for feeding various powders and fine particles. Note: This feeding machine is suitable for powders with a particle size ≤ 200 mesh and a bulk density ≤ 1g/cm³.
Three, Vacuum Feeding Machine: Many customers purchase a vacuum feeding machine when handling powdered materials, which is actually a misconception. This model is only suitable for granular feeding and not for powdered materials. After a few hours, the mesh tends to clog, and it requires constant cleaning of the filter mesh, which is麻烦.
