Softening Water Equipment

Principle of Operation for Fully Automatic Softening Water Equipment
1. The hydraulic control valve uses the kinetic energy of water flow to drive two sets of turbines, which in turn power two sets of gears to rotate the water meter disc and the control disc. The water meter disc accumulates the flow passing through, while the control disc introduces the original water pressure signal through a series of channels into a set of valve chambers. As it rotates, it opens or closes the pressure channels according to a set pattern, thereby automatically switching a group of integrated valves.
2. The water softener consists of two resin tanks (primary and secondary), a hydraulic control valve, and a brine tank. The control valve manages the water path between the primary and secondary tanks, ensuring that one tank is always in operation while the other is in regeneration or standby mode. The regeneration brine is drawn in by vacuum through a Venturi injector installed inside the valve, and the regeneration and rinse water come from the softened water output of the other tank. Different water hardness levels are matched with different-sized water meter dials to achieve the corresponding operating and regeneration cycles.
