YQG Type Mobile Bridge Type Suction Sediment Cleaner

Structure and Operating Principle
The YQG type bridge scraper utilizes a truss structure. When the scraper is not in operation, it stops at the inlet end. During operation, as it travels downstream, it first lowers the skimming plate to direct surface floatables into the steel skimming trough at the pool end, while the scraping blade is raised from the bottom. In reverse travel, the scraping blade is lowered to scrape the bottom sludge into the collection trough at the pool end, and the skimming plate is lifted to avoid floatables from traveling upstream. This back-and-forth motion achieves the purpose of scraping sludge and skimming floatables.
