【Product Structure】

The air-lifting tube is composed of silicone or rubber (EPDM) membrane tubes, reinforced ABS support tubes with improved air grooves and thickening, ABS or stainless steel ventilation chambers, flexible joints for lifting tubes, and stainless steel clamps.

Utilizing advanced foreign anti-floatation technology, suspended installation; the old aeration equipment can be repaired or replaced at any time without halting production or draining water; even aeration, fine bubbles, high oxygen utilization, and high power efficiency; made with high-quality aeration membrane skin and passed quality inspections, the membrane tubes have good elasticity, are not prone to clogging, and the perforation pattern is in a plum blossom arrangement, making it less likely to tear and preventing backflow of wastewater, thereby extending the service life.

Product Design and Installation

When designing the application of the air-lift pipe, please refer to the relevant technical parameters. The installation distance of the air-lift pipe from the bottom of the pond is 30-50 cm, also determined according to design requirements. No configuration or pre-burying is required in the pond, and it can be installed with or without water. No water needs to be drained for maintenance, and the blower does not need to be turned off. The air-lift pipe is easy and quick to remove during replacement, without affecting the normal operation of aeration.
