Overview and Usage
The LF-type chain plate rotating格栅silt removal machine intercepts debris in the liquid with its bars. The rake plates descend from the back of the bars to the bottom and then rotate to the front of the bars, lifting the silt from bottom to top and discharging it through the outlet, achieving the purpose of solid-liquid separation. The width can reach up to 4 meters. The rake plates are driven by plate-type chains on both sides for continuous operation. The spacing between the rake plates is 1.2m to 1.5m, capable of handling larger debris such as wood blocks and bamboo sticks, as well as the mud and sand at the bottom of the格栅.
Used in various stormwater and wastewater pumping stations for urban sewage treatment; water supply lifting pumping stations; and at the influent of sewage treatment plants, it is used to intercept and clean floating debris, serving as a decontamination mechanical device.

Performance Features
1. The drive unit employs a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, featuring low noise, compact structure, and smooth operation.
2. Rack frame structure with high rigidity and easy installation and maintenance. Available in carbon steel and stainless steel; carbon steel racks are treated for corrosion resistance.
3. All transmission parts are made of stainless steel, which prevents corrosion and damage to the equipment.
4. The rake blades are precision machined on CNC machines, ensuring high accuracy and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The grid spacing can be customized according to customer requirements.
5. The PLC can control its automatic operation based on the liquid level difference before and after the grille. There is also a manual switch on-site for manual operation. The running program can be designed according to the actual needs of the user, and an interface for overall control is left for remote operation. Simple and flexible operation.
6. To prevent accidental overloading, an overload current protection is installed, and protective measures are designed on the drive sprocket, implementing both mechanical and electrical dual protection.
