Application
Sediment (Oil) Skimmer is mainly used for flat flow (rectangular) sedimentation basins, including sand traps, primary sedimentation tanks, secondary sedimentation tanks, and grease traps in wastewater treatment projects, for scraping and removing sediment from the bottom of rectangular pools. It also effectively removes floating oil and scum from the liquid surface.

Structure and Working Principle
The scraper (oil) mud cleaner is divided into two types based on its process structure and working method.
PGJ-T Type Skimmer (Oil) Sludge Scraper
An integrated unit mounted on the gantry frame, primarily composed of a drive-reduction unit, skimming mechanism, sludge scraper, lifting and lowering drum, and electrical control system.
Under the command of the electrical control unit, the skimming and mud-scraper mechanisms move back and forth along the track laid on the surface of the pool, mounted on the truss frame. The lifting and lowering drum is timed (fixed distance) to elevate or lower the scraper, enabling the skimming and mud-scraper to operate unidirectionally. This separates the sludge and oil residue from the bottom and surface of the pool, respectively, and collects them into the mud collection channel and oil discharge pipe, then排出 to the outside of the pool.
PGJ-L Type Chain-Driven Skimmer (Oil) Sludge Scraper
Primarily composed of a deceleration drive unit fixed on the pool surface, a traction chain with scraper blades inside the pool, transmission chains, tensioning devices, and protective devices, etc.
The deceleration drive unit transmits power through sprockets to the traction chain, which drives the scraper to rotate continuously along the upper and lower guide tracks within the pool. During operation, the scraper continuously collects sludge and oil residue from the pool bottom and surface, respectively, and discharges them into the mud collection channel and slag discharge pipe outside the pool.

Order Instructions
1. This product chain is typically made of stainless steel, with other parts in standard material. Please specify any special requirements for material or corrosion resistance.
2. For oil collection tubes, please refer to the oil collection tube sample for separate ordering.
3. When placing an order, please provide operating medium of the equipment, pool dimensions, and sediment specific gravity, etc., so that the product can be accurately quoted.
4. Models GJT (L) have the same structure form without撇渣(oil) residue.
5. When it's necessary to place the main drive sprocket outside the pool (where the scraper width can be equal to the pool width), the pre-buried iron plate can be modified to a 400-hole reserved type.
