Turbulent mixing aeration unit

Introduction
The 260 Rotamix Umbrella Shaped Aerator features corrosion resistance, low resistance, long service life with minimal aging, no need for cleaning, replacement, or maintenance, ease of clogging, and convenient installation.
Operating Principle
Upon entering the aeration device, the gas begins to rotate and split, distributing air and uniformly mixing with the liquid, forming a continuous gas-liquid enhanced vortex zone. After three consecutive cuts within the gas-liquid mixing area, the mixture is then uniformly diffused and propelled upwards by continuous gas flow, colliding and spreading evenly. It rises and falls over the toothed umbrella-shaped cover, undergoing multi-layer shearing and cutting, forcing bubbles to shrink from large to small. This maintains a stable, uniformly distributed fine bubble operation over time, effectively increasing the contact area between gas and liquid, facilitating oxygen dispersion, and enhancing the contact surface and utilization of oxygen.
