Product Description
Ceramic micro-porous aeration devices are available in two types: semi-alumina and full alumina. The semi-alumina aeration device operates with low energy consumption, is reliable, not prone to clogging, has low resistance, high aeration volume, and strong stirring capabilities. The full alumina aeration device combines the alumina aeration cap and tray into an integrated full alumina aeration head. It overcomes the issue of air leakage between the ABS tray and alumina cap after prolonged use of the semi-alumina aeration head.

Product Installation
The air main design should consider pressure balance, form a loop network, and each intake branch should be equipped with a valve for easy adjustment of air volume. The air pipe design flow rate: main trunk at 10-15 m/s; branch at 5 m/s. The installation height of the aeration pipe surface from the bottom of the pool is 200mm.
