Full-welded ball valve with drum shape
Full-welded ball valves in drum type are suitable for pipelines in various applications such as oil, chemical, thermal power stations, etc., with working pressure of Class 150 to 300Lb and temperature ranging from -29 to 200°C, for cutting off or connecting media. Applicable media include crude oil, purified natural gas, acidic natural gas, coal gas, water, and coal slurry, etc. Operating methods include worm gear transmission, pneumatic, electric, and gas-liquid linkage.
Structural Features
Full-welded spherical valves with fixed ball structure feature bearings on the upper and lower axes of the sphere, offering low operation torque. This structure ensures the sphere remains stationary under pressure and is designed with two sealing rings to provide sufficient pre-tension for a double-sided forced seal, enhancing reliability. The sphere's machining process is tracked by advanced computer detection equipment for high precision. As the valve body material is identical to the pipe material, there is no uneven stress or deformation due to earthquakes or vehicle traffic. The sealing ring is made of PTFE material containing 20% C (carbon), guaranteeing complete zero leakage (0%).
